inally doulCi Server is came back with latest icloud activation capability to unlock all iPhone, iPad or iPod touch. Activation will be remain same as we mentioned in below guide but you might need to replace new IP address in your hosts file. Following are the new doulCi server IP addresses, please use one at a time. doulCi Server Addresses: 

95.85.40.69 albert.apple.com OR 188.226.251.76 albert.apple.com

How it works?To bypass apple icloud activation with the help of doulCi Server, you need to edit your "hosts" file which is located under C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc directory if you are using Windows system. If you are Linux or Mac user then "hosts" file is located under/etc directory.

Edit your hosts file and add this red marked text as show in image below. Only one at a time

download host 95.85.40.69 albert.apple.com 

OR 

188.226.251.76 albert.apple.com 

On your iDevice follow the activation steps until the message of icloud activation lock appears.

Open iTunes and Plug your iDevice on the USB port and accept the messages and validate the errors.

You'll be asked by iTunes to accept unsecured albert in the middle of the process. Just accept that. When you got an error on iTunes, click OK, and finish the activation steps on your device. 

Finish the activation on your iDevice and re-plug the device again so it can be recognized by iTunes.Congratulation you have successfully bypassed apple icloud activation.

iCloud Bypass iPhone & iTunes activation lock (new & effective method December 2014)

- ByPass Iphone and iTunes activation lock for Iphone (Only for rastaure IOS):

Step 1: Download xampp from below (File 1 link: http://www.xampp.es/),
Download the ‘Htcdocs’ files from below
(File 2 link: http://adf.ly/vrTt6 ).
Step 2: Install xampp
Step 3: Open the htcdocs file you downloaded
Step 4: Go onto computer/localdisk/xampp/htcdocsStep 5: Copy everything from the htcdocs file that YOU downloaded into the xampp htcdocs
Step 6: Go into computer/local disk/windows/system32/drivers/etc
Step 7: Copy the hosts file to your desktop to edit it... Open it with notepad, click enter (basically skipping a line) and add this line afterwards...
127.0.0.1 albert.apple.com
Step 8: Copy the hosts file back to the etc folder and run xampp
Step 9: Click start on apache... Wait until it says "running"
Step 10: Go on your iDevice and go up to the activation screen then connect your iDevice and open iTunes
Step 11: When it asks something about "albert.apple.com" click continue...
Then hit ok... and wait...
BAM! Your in.
You just bypassed the activation lock screen on ITUNES!

Try after bypass itunes lock screen:
Download File 3 from below.
(File 3: http://adf.ly/vrWMK )
Copy and Paste (replace) it to the iTunes folder in c drive.
Close iTunes and reopen it.
Backup your iDevice with iTunes.
Restore backup.

Now your iDevice restore and restart.


IMPORTANT: This methos is only to restore a local backup for your iphone when you forgot the icloud pass.
